Melissa Glavin-Guillotte

Melissa Glavin-Guillotte  is the Director of Human Resource and Information Technology at Greenwood Industries. Ms. Glavin-Guillotte is responsible for the company’s policies, activities, and staff, including payroll, certified payroll, union reporting, and legal compliance. She also oversees all technology operations, ensuring that systems meet established corporate objectives.

Before joining Greenwood, Ms. Glavin-Guillotte served as Director of Human Resource and Labor Relations for Micron Products, Inc. and Simonds International.

Ms. Glavin-Guillotte holds a degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Becker College and certification from Boston College as a Paralegal. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, National Human Resources Association, and Massachusetts Paralegal Association.
