Patricia Marshall

Patricia Marshall possesses extensive experience in compensation management and wildlife rehabilitation. Currently a volunteer staff member at Greenwood Wildlife Rehabilitation Center since October 2017, Patricia previously contributed as a volunteer at Wildlife Center of Silicon Valley from April 2010 to April 2022. In the corporate sector, Patricia held positions in various companies, including serving as Head of Total Rewards at Ericsson in Silicon Valley from September 2010 to May 2017, where responsibilities included consulting on compensation issues and overseeing mergers and acquisitions. Other roles include Senior Global Compensation Manager at JDS Uniphase, Sr. Manager of International Compensation and Benefits at KLA-Tencor, and Compensation Program Manager at Apple Inc. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Finance, and Economics from San Jose State University.
