Xenia Durrett (Klimenova) has worked as a Research and Development Scientist at Greffex, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Metropolitan State University of Denver in various roles. From July 2019 to August 2021, they were a Pear Mentor Tutor Lead and a Learning Assistant Mentor. Xenia also worked as a Peer Mentor Tutor from July 2018 to August 2021. In addition, they served as a Laboratory Technician from September 2019 to December 2020.

Xenia Durrett (Klimenova) pursued their education with a strong focus on the sciences. Xenia earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology with a Minor in Mathematics from Metropolitan State University of Denver. During their time at the university, they specialized in the fields of Virology & Immunology as well as Statistics & Probability. This educational journey spanned from 2017 to 2022.

Prior to their enrollment at Metropolitan State University, Xenia attended St. Charles Community College from 2009 to 2012. While there, they transferred their studies in the field of Biochemical Engineering. This period provided their with fundamental knowledge and skills in this area.

Xenia's academic journey started at Francis Howell North High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2010. Xenia'sfield of study at the high school level was Genetics, setting a strong foundation for their subsequent educational endeavors.

In addition to their formal education, Xenia Durrett (Klimenova) has acquired the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from CPR Select in July 2021. This certification demonstrates their competence in providing life-saving techniques and adds to their expertise in the scientific field.
