Kerry Fabrizio

Kerry Fabrizio, CRC, CCS, currently serves as Senior Research and Development Scientist at Columbus Craft Meats since September 2025. Previously, Kerry held multiple roles at Applegate from December 2020 to September 2025, including Director of Research Development and Senior Research Development Scientist. Additional experience includes Product Development Manager at JBS, Director of Food Innovation at 915 Labs, and Manager Child Nutrition at Pilgrim's. Kerry's career also features roles as Application Scientist at Givaudan Flavors, Product Development Manager at Pierre Foods, Food Scientist at Wayne Farms, Food Scientist at Pacific Foods of Oregon, and Food Scientist at Griffith Laboratories. Kerry holds a Master’s degree in Food Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from Washington State University, complemented by a Culinary Arts Degree from Western Culinary Institute.
