Chris Shaheen

Chris Shaheen has worked in various roles since 2008. Chris began their career as a Senior Developer at Springbox in 2008 and then founded Codeslaw in 2010. In 2012, they became a Cofounder and CTO of Ferris, a role they held until 2015 when they became Cofounder and CTO of Wheel, which was acquired by Tinder in November 2016. After the acquisition, Chris became the Head of Trust & Safety Engineering at Tinder until 2021 when they took on the role of CTO at Gregarious, Inc.

Chris Shaheen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Music Performance from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007, having started their studies there in 2002.
