Angela Miller

The Commercial Lines Service Manager for G&A’s Property & Casualty division. Angela strives to balance her team’s strengths and personalities so the end result is a cohesive team that works to serve our clients’ needs and to provide excellent customer service.

Driven by her love for group projects and advertising, Angela graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. She worked for a distribution company as a product manager for 14 years prior to starting a career in the insurance industry. She connected with G&A in 2007, and while she had no direct experience, her previous training gave her the skillset she needed to thrive. Over the years, she worked her way up to Senior Account Manager where she specialized in Risk Retention Groups and Captive Insurance programs. She has nearly 15 years experience working with clients in various industries such as manufacturers, distributors, roofers, property management and contractors. In her current role as the Commercial Lines Service Manager, she is tasked with overseeing a department of 36 individuals, balancing workloads, hiring new employees, training new employees, overseeing day to day operations and overall client and employee satisfaction.

Outside of the office, Angela enjoys spending time with her family and serving as a volunteer in her community.
