A bold marketing leader who’s energized by continuously improving Gregory & Appel’s brand experience and breaking the status quo of insurance industry marketing. Erika leans into exploring the ever-evolving content and digital landscape to find new ways to showcase G&A’s thought leaders.

After studying telecommunications at Indiana University–Bloomington, Erika started her sales and marketing career at WIIH - Univision with a passion for connecting with Spanish-speaking audiences. Her career journey eventually led her to the Indianapolis CBS and NBC affiliates, where she continued to strengthen her creative and analytical muscles by developing campaigns for both B2B and B2C clients while managing revenue and new business development responsibilities. In 2016, she channeled her focus on marketing leadership and joined G&A to help shape the company’s brand direction and messaging. “Marketing is a blend of creativity, analysis and human connection,” she explains. Now as VP & Director of Marketing, Erika leads G&A’s marketing strategy from brand to demand, with a spotlight on our clients, colleagues and community.

Outside of work, Erika appreciates the little joys in life, whether that's playing board games with her family, coaching youth basketball or teaching her son the Spanish language.
