Caitlyn Foster

Caitlyn Foster is the Vice President at Gregory FCA. Caitlyn has over six years of experience in public relations, with a focus on media relations and strategy for law firms, financial service companies and consulting firms.

Caitlyn began their career at Infinite Global Consulting in January 2014, where they served as a Senior Account Executive. In this role, they led client teams in developing and executing media strategies, served as the main point of contact for 6-8 client accounts, and managed a team of 3-4 junior personnel. Caitlyn was responsible for anticipating client needs, offering solutions to client problems, and ensuring adherence to client deadlines and budget.

During their time at Infinite Global Consulting, Caitlyn fostered new and existing relationships with editors and reporters at top business, regional and trade publications, securing approximately 15-20 media opportunities per month for each client. Caitlyn also maintained consistent email and oral communication with clients, conducted weekly status calls, met with clients in-person, and compiled weekly, monthly and annual activity reports.

In addition to their media relations work, Caitlyn also helped to develop and implement a training program for new account executives, assisted in marketing Infinite Global’s services and capabilities, and managed the agency’s social media accounts.

Caitlyn joined Gregory FCA in October 2018 as the Vice President. In this role, they are responsible for leading the agency’s media relations efforts, overseeing a team of account executives, and managing client relationships.

Caitlyn Foster has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Marist College. Caitlyn also went to Villa Maria Academy High School.

They work with Denise DiMeglio - SVP, Erin McCarthy - Account Director, and Leah Pappas - SVP. Caitlyn Foster reports to Joe Anthony, President & Owner.
