Currently serving in a management role at Gregorys Coffee since August 2021, Louisa previously held the position of General Manager at Park and Sixth Restaurants. Prior to that, Louisa managed operations at 26 West On The Navesink from September 2020 to August 2021 and was the General Manager at Maison Kayser USA from May 2018 to August 2020.
