Chiara Tosi Ricci Oddi

Chiara Tosi Ricci Oddi has a diverse work experience in HR roles. Chiara is currently the Human Resources Director for the Central & Eastern Region - EMEA at Greif, Inc., where they are responsible for multiple countries and is a member of the leadership team. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director for the Central & Mediterranean Region - EMEA at Greif, Inc., where they had responsibilities for several countries including Germany, Austria, and Italy. Before joining Greif, Inc., Chiara was the Global HR Director for the Bolzoni Auramo Meyer Group, a subsidiary of Hyster-Yale Group. Chiara also has experience as an HR Director at Ecolab and as the Head of HR Management for Headoffice and Sales Force at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry. Chiara started their career at Unilever, where they held various HR roles, including HR Manager and R&D HR Business Partner.

Chiara Tosi Ricci Oddi completed their education as follows: they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Università degli Studi di Parma in 2000. In 2001-2002, they pursued a Master's Degree in Human resources and Industrial Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they completed their studies in International Law and Legal Studies at Corte d'Appello di Bologna, where they obtained a qualification to practice law. Chiara holds several certifications, including being a member of the Permanent Committee of Degree Courses at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and being recognized as one of the 10 Best Italian Young Managers in 2018.
