Dr. Maja Durant

Dr. Maja Durant, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Human Resource Manager at Target for ten years. In 2008, they joined McLane Company, Inc. and held the positions of Senior HR Manager and Human Resource Manager. Dr. Maja then transitioned to Greif | Beulah Heights University in 2018, where they served as a Senior Human Resource Manager and Instructor. Concurrently, they also worked as a PT Adjunct Professor in Human Resource Management at Beulah Heights University. Currently, Dr. Durant is working at Greif, Inc. as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Dr. Maja Durant, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Northcentral University, with a specialization in Human Resources, obtained between 2015 and 2019. Dr. Maja also holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, earned in 2004 in the field of Business/Commerce, General. Dr. Maja'sBachelor's degree in Finance was obtained from the University of South Carolina between 1993 and 1998.
