Gundars Mednis

Gundars Mednis has over 15 years of work experience. Gundars began their career at TNT Express Headoffice in 2005 as a Service Quality Analyst and later took on roles as a Business Analyst and Senior Commercial Analyst. In these positions, they led commercial initiatives, provided recommendations and analysis to senior management, and developed sustainable policies for the commercial function. In 2014, they joined Tri-Sure® Closures Worldwide as Manager Commercial Excellence, where they stayed until 2016. Since 2016, Gundars has been working at Greif, Inc., starting as the Head of Business Strategy and Pricing EMEA and eventually becoming the Global Director of Pricing and Analytics.

Gundars Mednis completed their Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance and Banking from Latvijas Universitate, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics, also with a specialization in Finance and Banking, from the same institution, from 1999 to 2003.
