Kelly Spencer is a seasoned professional in talent management and development with extensive experience in global roles. Currently serving as Global Talent Manager at Greif, Inc. since October 2016, Kelly drives the global talent management strategy encompassing Employment Branding, Colleague Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programs. Previous roles at Greif include Global Learning Program Manager and Learning & Development Specialist. Prior to joining Greif, Kelly held several recruitment and educational positions, including Sr. Recruiter at Tailored Management, Recruiter for an RPO Project at Roche, and Education Coordinator at OhioHealth.
