Rob Moore has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Rob started their career at Caraustar in 1990, holding various IT positions before becoming the Assistant Manager of Networks and Operations. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations for the PC/Server team and led a project to upgrade all Caraustar PC's/Servers to meet the Y2K date format changes.

From 2001 to 2004, Rob served as the Manager of Networks and Operations, overseeing a 15-member team responsible for implementing and managing Caraustar's computer network infrastructure. Rob also played a key role in creating the IT budget, improving network management capabilities, and helping implement Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

In 2005, Rob transitioned into sales, becoming a Sales Manager at Caraustar. Rob managed a service team, developed benchmarks for service center improvements, and implemented cross-functional training methods. Rob achieved notable sales growth and generated $3.5 million in sales within two years.

In 2008, Rob was promoted to Director of Sales and Customer Management, where they oversaw national and international marketing and sales. Rob led the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, managed budget development and P&L management, and implemented sales tools to improve sales rep preparedness.

In 2017, Rob became the Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) at Caraustar, playing a critical role in creating and executing an integrated Sales & Operational Planning organization. Rob also developed a training program, oversaw accountability of commercial and operations leaders, and led the implementation of a collaboration platform for better communication and decision-making.

In 2019, Rob joined Greif, Inc. as the Director of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) - Paper Packaging & Services. Rob provided decision-making for supply/demand planning and oversaw strategic planning, financial forecasting, and network optimization. Rob integrated financial plans with strategic objectives to improve financial results.

Currently, Rob holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Operations Planning at Greif, Inc. In this role, they oversee operations, contributes to defining the organization's strategic future, and has established the company's business planning process. Rob drives global sales and operational planning to achieve collaboration and cohesion across multiple business units.

Rob Moore has a BS in Finance from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Rob also completed a Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership in 2007 and a Management Development for Enhanced Performance Course at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008.
