Mike Gordon

Mike Gordon's work experience includes a variety of leadership roles in different companies. Mike began their career in the vehicle rental and contract hire industry, eventually becoming an Area Director at BRS Truck Rental & Contract Hire. Mike then worked as the Director of Key Accounts at DHL Supply Chain before becoming the Regional Director at TNT International. Mike later joined Cordant Group as an Executive Director/COO, responsible for all operations and central support functions. Mike then worked at Hays as a European Development Director and Divisional Managing Director. Following that, they joined Astron as the Managing Director of Business Process Outsourcing. Mike then worked at RR Donnelley, where they held various roles, including Senior Vice President and President of Europe, Asia, and Global Services. Mike later became the CEO of Paragon, overseeing its growth and acquisition by Grenadier Holdings. Currently, Mike Gordon serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Grenadier Holdings, responsible for all operating businesses and support functions.
