Wiktoria Kaczmarek is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Brand & Campaign Manager and Social Media Lead at Grenion's Banana Beauty brand since February 2020. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing campaigns and communication strategies across various platforms, event management for influencer launches, and leading a team of social media specialists for multiple international markets. Wiktoria has also worked as a Junior Marketing Manager focusing on influencer marketing and content creation, and began their career as an Online Marketing Intern, where skills in community management and social reach expansion were honed. Previous experience includes a position as a Front Desk Receptionist during an Erasmus + Traineeship at Mar Hotels Group. Wiktoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Management from Poznan University of Economics and Business, supplemented by studies at the University of Split.
