Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor has a diverse work experience in the lab consumables and biotechnology industry. Simon is currently working as the UK & EU Sales Manager at Grenova, where they focus on reducing plastic waste through innovative recycling solutions for lab consumables. Prior to that, Simon worked as a Channel Sales Manager at CleanNA, where they managed the company's global distribution network for magnetic bead-based Nucleic Acid purification kits. Before that, they were a Sales Manager at GC biotech UK Ltd, where they established the UK division of the company and managed the distribution of laboratory robotic equipment. Simon also has experience as an Export Account Manager at Bioline Reagents Ltd and as a Marketing Communications Manager at Meridian Bioscience and Bioline Ltd. Simon has a strong background in sales, channel management, and marketing in the biotech industry.

Simon Taylor attended the University of Hertfordshire from 1994 to 1995, where they earned a HND in Engineering. Simon then attended the University of Brighton from 1996 to 1999, graduating with a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical & Aeronautical Design Engineering. Additionally, in 2008, Simon attended Management Centre Europe and completed a course in People Management in an International Environment. In the same year, they obtained a Certificate in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
