Ashraf Ul Haque Bhuiyan

Ashraf Ul Haque Bhuiyan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ashraf started their career as a Management Trainee Officer at BRAC Bank Limited in 2007 and later held positions such as Associate Manager in Employee Relations and External Training. In 2010, they joined Walmart as an HR Specialist and then moved on to Valleycot Marketing as the Head of Sales. Ashraf then worked as Deputy General Manager in Organizational Development & Sustainability at Northern Fashion Limited. In 2016, they joined Northern Tosrifa Group, where they held roles as Manager and Senior Manager in HRD. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as an Assistant General Manager in HR & Admin at Mobil Jamuna Lubricants Bangladesh Limited. In 2022, they were the Director of HR at Grey Group, where they collaborated with senior leadership on recruitment and retention strategies. Currently, they are an Adjunct Faculty in the MBA Program at East West University. Ashraf Ul Haque Bhuiyan has experience in areas such as organizational development, training and development, performance management, and HR planning.

Ashraf Ul Haque Bhuiyan obtained a BBA degree in Marketing from North South University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. Ashraf is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Dhaka, a program they began in 2017 and is expected to finish in 2024.
