Justin Schmitt has a diverse range of work experience. Justin began their career at Literati Information Technology, LLC as an IT Consultant/Technician, where they provided services to analyze, modify, and document existing systems and networks. Justin also planned, implemented, and troubleshooted complex LANs, VPNs, and wireless networks, as well as provided on-site and remote support for Windows/Linux servers and workstations.

Justin then moved on to work at Plus Consulting, where they held the role of Applications Consultant before being promoted to Senior Consultant. At Plus Consulting, they utilized their expertise to provide consulting services and support to clients.

Currently, Justin is serving as the Chief Engineer at Grey Market Labs, a Public Benefit Corporation with a mission to protect life online for individuals and organizations. Justin plays a crucial role in developing and delivering proactive internet protection solutions, with a focus on Financial Services, Government, Legal/Client Services, and Healthcare markets.

Prior to that, in 2015, Justin obtained the Infor CRM 8.1 Web Developer certification from Infor.
