Kayla Hedwall

Kayla Hedwall is an experienced intimates designer with a diverse background in apparel design, specializing in women's intimates, sleepwear, and loungewear. Currently serving as Intimates Designer at GREY MATTER CONCEPTS since April 2022, Kayla is responsible for developing product lines under the Lee® brand for various retail channels. Previously, Kayla worked as Associate Intimates Designer at FULLBEAUTY Brands, focusing on plus-size women's apparel, and as Intimates Designer at Saramax Apparel Group, where responsibilities included market trend analysis and collaborating with international factories. Kayla's career began with roles such as Assistant Designer at Necessary Objects Ltd and contract positions with Exit 21 Apparel Solutions, gaining additional experience in technical design and retail sales. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design from Oregon State University.
