Srinidhi Naidu

Srinidhi Naidu is a highly engaged student researcher with extensive experience in neurobiology and research leadership. Currently serving as a Student Researcher at Stanford University's Baccus Lab, Srinidhi Naidu conducts studies on retinal computation and has established a histology pipeline for in-vivo recordings. As an Undergraduate Research Leader at the University of Washington, Srinidhi Naidu facilitates undergraduate involvement in research through various initiatives. Work in the Rieke Lab focuses on cellular-level population dynamics related to motion encoding in the retina, while past work at the Tuthill Lab contributed to physiological understanding. Additionally, Srinidhi Naidu holds editorial positions at Grey Matters Journal, including Core Editor and Design Director, overseeing the production of scientific articles. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Applied Mathematics, along with minors in Neural Computation and Engineering and Anthropology, expected from the University of Washington in 2025.
