Alexandra Schroegendorfer, SHRM-CP, has a solid work history with experience in people operations, food and beverage service, and hospitality management. Alexandra is currently the Director of People Operations at Grey Oaks Country Club, where they previously held the positions of People Operations Manager and People Operations Administrator. Prior to Grey Oaks, Alexandra worked as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Royal Poinciana Golf Club. Alexandra also has extensive experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, where they served in various roles including Club Lounge Manager, Club Lounge Supervisor, Terrazza Supervisor, Lobby Lounge and Dusk Supervisor, and Server. Alexandra's career in the hospitality industry began at The Brasserie, where they were a Server and later promoted to Restaurant Manager.
Alexandra Schroegendorfer, SHRM-CP, completed their education in Food and Beverage Management at Cape Peninsula University of Technology from 2012 to 2015. In February 2023, they obtained their certification as a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the SHRM institution.
