Ashley Thompson

Ashley Thompson is a Client Success Manager at ITA Group, Inc., responsible for managing a portfolio of over 50 small to mid-sized client accounts in various industries, including healthcare and marketing, while acting as a strategic partner to HR teams. Previously, Ashley served as a Customer Success Specialist at Cooleaf and spent 11 years as a Teacher with Wake County Public School System, where responsibilities included mentoring beginning teachers and fostering relationships with families. Additional experience includes roles as a Summer Camp Teacher at JC Raulston Arboretum, Yoga Instructor at Dance Art and Mind and Body Therapeutic Connections, and Sales Associate at Hallmark Cards. Ashley Thompson holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University.
