Marta Frenna has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 when they were a Student Services Assistant at University of Naples Federico II. In 2014, they completed an Exchange Internship as part of the Leonardo da Vinci Program at the Cámara de Comercio e Industria Italiana para España in Madrid, and then began working at IVC | Business Acceleration in Europe in the same year, where they held the roles of Team Lead, Project Manager, and Business Development Consultant. In 2017, they became a KAM BBVA - Banking Sector at Ibermática. In 2018, they became the CEO & CoFounder at GreyHounders, and in 2019, they became a Member at Nova Talent and a Mentor at IE Business School. In 2021, they became an Associate Professor at Istituto Europeo di Design, and in 2022, they became an Associate Professor at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
