Alona King

Alona King is an accomplished investment professional currently working at Greylock Partners since May 2024, focusing on disruptive consumer and enterprise software companies. Prior to this role, Alona was involved in mission-aligned venture capital at the Kapor Center during the summer of 2023. Alona's earlier experience includes a significant tenure as a Senior Software Engineer at Lyft from November 2019 to April 2023, where operational optimizations led to over $100 million in profit, alongside roles at Bird and several leading tech companies as a software engineering intern. Alona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and is pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
