Erica Dorfman

Erica Dorfman currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Financial Products at Brex since August 2019. In addition to this role, Erica is a Scout for Greylock and an Advisor for Ambrook, both positions held since December 2022 and April 2022, respectively. Erica has been a Limited Partner at Operator Collective since July 2019, contributing to a venture fund that supports a community of exceptional tech executives. Previous experience includes advising Silo from October 2020 to October 2022 and leading Finance & Operations at Tally Inc from April 2018 to August 2019. Other notable roles include serving as Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at SoFi, an Associate at BDT Capital Partners, and an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Special Concentration in Business Management from Columbia College, Columbia University, and attended Hawken School.
