Andrea Becsek

Andrea Becsek began their work experience in 2017 as a Fundraiser for the Centre for Cancer Immunology at the University of Southampton. In 2018 they worked as a Research Intern for the British Antarctic Survey and as a Mathematics Workshop Mentor for the University of Southampton. In 2020, they began their PhD in Computational Statistics and Data Science at the University of Bristol. In 2022, they began working as a Data Analyst for Greyparrot, a waste analytics platform for the circular economy.

Andrea Becsek has an extensive education history. Andrea obtained their High School Degree from Liceul "Kőrösi Csoma Sándor" in Natural Sciences in 2016. Andrea then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton in 2019. In 2020, Andrea earned their MRes in Computational Statistics and Data Science from the University of Bristol. Andrea is currently pursuing their PhD in Computational Statistics and Data Science from the University of Bristol, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Andrea has obtained two certifications: the University of Bristol's Unleash Your Potential: Global Citizenship in November 2020, and the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English - Level C2 from Cambridge English Language Assessment in June 2015.
