Nanette Amaral

Nanette Amaral has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Retail. Nanette currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at Greyson Clothiers. Previously, they worked at SEE Eyewear as the Director of People Operations, where they led the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, including the development of a talent strategy and a diversity and inclusion training program. Nanette also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations at SEE Eyewear, where they coordinated a Reduction in Force initiative and supported the company's cost reduction goals. Before that, they worked as a Retail Operations Analyst at SEE Eyewear, where they developed a New Hire benchmarking program and presented financial and performance metrics to the Board of Directors. Prior to their time at SEE Eyewear, Nanette held the position of General Manager at Aritzia, overseeing business functions and recruitment efforts. Nanette also worked as a General Manager at Ralph Lauren and as a Business Manager-Midwest CRM Leader at 7 For All Mankind, where they developed and managed various programs and received recognition for their contributions.

Nanette Amaral attended the University of California, Riverside from 2003 until 2006. Following this, they studied at the Academy of Art University from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising and Product Development.
