Alex Yepiz

Alex Yepiz is an experienced leasing and property management professional with a comprehensive background in residential and student housing. Currently serving as the Lease up Community Manager at Greystar, Alex is tasked with leasing a new active adult property in Marana, Arizona. Prior roles include Director of Leasing and Resident Experience and Marketing and Media Director at Nelson Partners Student Housing, where responsibilities encompassed leasing and marketing operations. Previous experience includes an Assistant Property Manager role at Core Spaces, Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager positions at Coastal Ridge Real Estate, and Leasing and Marketing Manager roles at Homestead America.
