Jennifer Bjork

Jennifer Bjork is a Managing Director and leads Compliance for Greystar Enterprise Services. Jennifer provides compliance oversight in adherence to Greystar's Code of Conduct. In addition to Compliance, Jennifer maintains management oversight of Risk Management, Privacy, and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Before joining Greystar in 2002, Jennifer was a Development Associate at Gart Properties in Denver, CO. Once at Greystar, Jennifer has served in various roles within the Development and Investment businesses. She joined the headquarters team in 2011 to build the compliance program and support the global growth of the business.

Jennifer is the board president of Florence Crittenton Programs of South Carolina. She is a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Jennifer received her bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Denver. She received her Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management, also from the University of Denver.
