Kimberly Taylor Payne

Kimberly Taylor Payne is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and management. Currently serving as Managing Director of HR Operations at Greystar, Kimberly leads a team of 42, overseeing various functions for over 20,000 employees. Previous roles include Head of HR Shared Services for North America at The Weir Group PLC, where Kimberly transformed HR service delivery, and a consulting position with Taproot Foundation, providing support to non-profits.
