Kory Jeter

Kory Jeter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and investment. Currently serving as a Senior Development Associate at Greystar since March 2020, Kory previously held positions as a Development Associate at Crescent Communities, LLC from December 2016 to March 2020 and as a Real Estate Analyst at Northwestern Mutual from August 2015 to December 2016. Kory's early career included roles as a Summer Associate and Investment Banking Summer Analyst, along with significant experience as a Managing Partner at Jeter Signature Properties, LLC, where over $2 million in sales was generated. Kory holds a Master's in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/International Business/Urban Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
