Dave Bragg

Dave Bragg's work experience includes serving as the EVP, Investments & Chief Strategy Officer at Roots Management Group, where they lead the Investment Management Group and oversees acquisitions, capital markets, asset management, portfolio management, development, and data analytics. Dave also worked as a Global Governing Trustee and Chair of the Technology and Real Estate Council at the Urban Land Institute, where they explored the impact of technology on real estate operations, development, and investing. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at Green Street, conducting strategic research for property investors and leading the firm's residential business. Dave has also held positions at Zelman & Associates, ISI Group, Merrill Lynch, and Prudential Equity Group.

Dave Bragg has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Tufts University. Dave also holds a Master of International Business from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Additionally, they have a Master of Accounting degree with a concentration in Financial Reporting & Analysis from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
