Niki Reeves

Niki Reeves, CPTD, currently serves as a Regional Learning and Development Advisor for Greystar, providing support across multiple states and focusing on project management for sales and service initiatives, including onboarding and mentoring programs. Prior to this role, Niki held various property management positions at Riverstone Residential Group, overseeing large residential communities, managing budgets, improving revenue, and enhancing resident retention. Niki began a career in property management with HSC Real Estate and has built a strong foundation in staff development, operational management, and property renovations. Education includes a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a Real Estate License.
