Stephen Giambrone

Stephen Giambrone serves as a Senior Director at Greystar since June 2018, overseeing a substantial portfolio of mixed-use hybrid developments in New York City and Washington, D.C., which includes multiple luxury rental and condominium buildings. Previously, Stephen held the position of Regional Director at Related Management Co from July 2005 to June 2018, managing over 3,446 rental and condominium units, and worked as a District Manager within the same company, where responsibilities included the oversight of 1,813 rental units. Earlier roles included Property Manager of a luxury hybrid building and Senior Resident Service Specialist for a significant condominium project. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 2000 to 2004.
