Currently serving as Vice President and Director at Greysteel, Mike is focused on growing the company's offices in North and South Carolina while providing real estate investment advisory services. Prior to that, Mike worked as a Senior Investment Broker at Waterstone Multifamily Group and a Commercial Real Estate Broker at NAI Shames Makovsky, where he facilitated commercial real estate services for investors, developers, and owner-users in various sectors. With a strong background in real estate leasing and business development, Mike has extensive experience in healthcare real estate, including site selection, due diligence, leasing, and investment sales. His education in finance and real estate has equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the industry.
