Andrew Shedlock

Andrew Shedlock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew currently holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc. since January 2005. In this role, they manage the in-house legal department and advises senior management on various corporate and portfolio level issues. Prior to their current position, they served as Associate General Counsel at the same company from February 2001 to December 2004.

Before joining Greystone Servicing Corporation, Inc., Andrew was a Partner at the law firm Deckelbaum, Ogens, Reiser, Shedlock & Raftery, Chartered from July 1991 to February 2001. Andrew managed the firm's real estate, transactional, corporate, partnership, and other commercial practice areas.

From November 1989 to February 1991, Andrew worked as Vice President and General Counsel at Agora Development Corporation. In this role, they managed the general legal affairs of the real estate development company and was responsible for marketing and leasing programs, litigation management, and the preparation and negotiation of partnership and project acquisition documents.
