Flint Weathers

Flint Weathers serves as Command Sergeant Major for the 1-108th CAV (RSTA) since August 2014 and has held the position of Lead Lineman at GreyStone Power Corporation since January 2000. In this role, Flint Weathers manages and operates a two-man service or trouble truck bucket crew, placing significant responsibility on construction management tasks. The educational background includes attendance at the United States of America Sergeant Major Academy, completing a two-year online program with a two-week residency from 2014 to 2016.
