Mehwish Ashfaq

Mehwish Ashfaq is a Senior Research Associate at GRG, specializing in executive search and recruitment for high-profile clients since March 2024. Concurrently, Mehwish serves as a Panel Therapist at House of Pebbles. Previous experience includes a Senior Associate role in Search & Selection at Ash & Maple Management, where responsibilities involved collaborating with consultants and implementing search strategies to build talent pipelines. Roles also included Associate Clinical Psychologist at Umeed-e-Nau and Visiting Faculty at Bahria University, complemented by positions in market research and education. Mehwish holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology and a BS in Psychology from Bahria University, as well as a semester exchange experience at Izmir University of Economics.
