Jai Mirpuri

Jai Mirpuri serves as the Head of Southeast Asia at ESR Group and is also a Board Member for India. Since April 2017, Jai has co-led ESR India, where a robust investment, development, leasing, and asset management team of over 70 professionals has been established, managing 15 projects across eight cities in India. Jai's previous roles include Managing Director of Investments and Senior Director of Investments at Redwood Group Asia, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing new investments across multiple Asian markets and managing capital raising and investor relationships. Additional experience includes positions at GRI Club, GRESB, Deutsche Bank, Real Estate Asset Portfolios, Capital One Financial, and Myzus. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from INSEAD and dual degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
