Denis Burtsev

Denis Burtsev has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and customer support. Denis started their career in 2014 as a Junior System Administrator at i-Free. Denis then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at GS Group Holding Company from 2016 to 2018. After that, they joined NeuroHive as a System Administrator/DevOps. In 2017, they took on the role of Head of Customer Support at Kryptex, where they built a solid support team and managed customer inquiries. In 2019, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at BeKitzur Inc. Currently, Denis is working at Grid Dynamics as a Senior DevOps Engineer/Team Lead.

Denis Burtsev attended St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications named after prof. M.A. Bonch-Bruevich from 2015 to 2019, but did not complete a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology. In addition, they obtained certifications in Docker Essential Training, DevOps Institute Cert Prep: SRE Foundation (SRE), and EF SET English Certificate 72/100 (C2 PROFICIENT) from LinkedIn and EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in 2023.
