Pierre Maraninchi

Pierre Maraninchi has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations at GRID esports since March 2023. Prior to that, Pierre was the Owner of OptOp starting from April 2022.

In terms of their previous roles, Pierre spent a significant portion of their career at PTC. Pierre held various positions including Senior Director of Knowledge Management and Digital Services, where they were responsible for defining and executing content strategies across different departments. Pierre also served as the Senior Customer Success Operations Director and Director of Customer Service (America). Pierre was instrumental in developing and uniting support teams, improving service quality, implementing a global knowledge management program, and fostering employee satisfaction.

Before joining PTC, Pierre worked as a Manager of Customer Service, Customer Service Section Manager, Customer Service Group Leader, and Technical Support Engineer for different periods of time. These positions allowed him to gain experience in managing teams, designing processes, and ensuring consistent service levels.

Pierre also has experience in education as a Guest Lecturer at AIX YNOV CAMPUS from November 2020 to March 2021. Pierre started their career as a Developer at SESIN in 1998.

Pierre Maraninchi has a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the following: KCS v6 fundamentals certification from The KCS Academy - the Only Authorized Certifying Body for KCS in January 2022, Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Executive Education in October 2021, KM-AI Course from Knowledge Management Global Network in September 2021, Data8.1x: Foundations of Data Science: Computational Thinking with Python from edX in May 2018, Holacracy Practitioner from HolacracyOne in December 2014, and ITIL Foundation Certification from Loyalist Exam Services in September 2011. Additionally, they are currently pursuing or will pursue a KCS v6 Trainer Certification from the Consortium for Service Innovation starting in March 2023. In 2018, they also participated in the altMBA program, although the degree name and field of study are unspecified.
