Chifong Thomas

Chifong Thomas has a wide range of work experience in the energy industry. Chifong worked as a Transmission Planning Engineer at GridBright since November 2021. In July 2021, they became a Principal at Thomas Grid Advisor. Prior to that, they served as the Chair of the Reliability Assessment Committee at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) from April 2021 to March 2023. Chifong Thomas worked as a Retired Transmission Planning Consultant from April 2020 to January 2022. Before retiring, they held the position of Director of Transmission Planning and Strategy at Smart Wires, Inc. from January 2014 to April 2020.
