Felipe Azenha

Felipe Azenha is currently a Co-Founder at Gridics and has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry. Felipe has a vast amount of experience in business development, sales, and marketing.

Felipe started their career at ONE Commercial Real Estate where they worked as an investment advisor. In this role, Felipe was responsible for acquiring, expanding, and maintaining client relationships as well as presenting sound financial recommendations and guidance to clients.

After ONE Commercial Real Estate, Felipe took on the role of Co-Founder & Director of Business Development at Gridics. In this role, Felipe was responsible for leading a productive and efficient management team, cultivating and fostering lasting relationships with commercial brokers and developers, and employing control and authorization over all activities related to administrative, financial, and accounting functions.

During their time at Gridics, Felipe successfully recruited, trained, and mentored new and current employees, created a unified and motivated team, and prospected and secured more than $10mm from private investors. Felipe was also responsible for leading the adoption of client offerings through specialized sales and collaboration with direct end-users as well as channel partners.

Most recently, Felipe has taken on the role of Co-Founder at Beacon Hill Property Group. In this role, Felipe is responsible for directing and overseeing a productive and efficient management team with accountability for designing, developing, and launching innovative products across the

Felipe Azenha has a Master's in Real Estate Development and Urbanism from the University of Miami, a Master's in Organizational Management from the School for International Training, and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Syracuse University.
