Rhonda Newman

Rhonda Newman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in marketing and leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Business Executives at Gridiron Capital LLC and as a Board Member for Foundation Wellness/PowerStep, Rhonda previously held the position of CEO/President at Foundation Wellness, where a successful 100% ESOP transaction was completed. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing and General Manager for the PowerStep Division at Foundation Wellness, where new product development and sales growth were significantly advanced, and Vice President of Marketing and Customer Service at FLA Orthopedics, contributing to successful private equity transactions. Rhonda also provided professional marketing consulting services as Owner of Command Marketing, LLC. Educational qualifications include a BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University Bloomington and MBA coursework at Indiana University Indianapolis.
