Madeline Liao

Madeline Liao is a Machine Learning Engineer at Gridmatic since August 2022, following experience as a Research Assistant at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL) from June 2020 to August 2022 under Professors Dorsa Sadigh and Percy Liang, and also with Professor Stefano Ermon. Madeline held the position of People Lead at Girls Teaching Girls to Code from April 2021 to August 2022 and served as the Captain of the Stanford Fencing Team while being a Student Athlete from September 2017 to August 2022. Other notable roles include Software Engineering Internships at Cockroach Labs, Microsoft, and NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory, as well as a Software Developer position at Code The Change. Madeline completed a Master of Science in Computer Science at Stanford University in 2022, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field in 2021 from the same institution.
