Elan Silver

Elan is GridMatrix’s Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining GridMatrix, Elan practiced corporate law in the project and infrastructure finance practice group at a global law firm, shifting into a business development function within the same group. Thereafter, he joined a startup that analyzed and consulted financial industry clients on gender pay gaps.

Elan found his calling in government affairs at a disruptive consumer goods company, where he worked across global, federal, and state and local verticals to support sustainable business growth. Most recently, Elan worked as a consultant for a firm with a New York state and local practice, supporting government procurement, conflict resolution, and other public affairs objectives.

He earned a bachelor's degree from Pomona College and a JD from Tulane University Law School. Elan is a lifelong New Yorker skilled at developing and executing on public affairs strategies.
