Jannicke D. Steen

Jannicke D. Steen is an accomplished leader in the maritime industry with extensive experience at Grieg Star since March 2010, where roles include Vice President Crew Management and General Manager, overseeing operations in the Shared Services Center in the Philippines. Jannicke's responsibilities encompass strategic development, financial management, and recruitment, as well as representing the ship owner in ensuring high standards for seafarers and engaging in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Jannicke has held various leadership positions, including Co-Founder and CEO of EntryPoint Partners AS and Board Member at Norwegian Training Center, and contributed significantly to the bilateral business relations between the Philippines and Norway as Vice-President of the Philippines Norway Business Council. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Marketing and Management from BI Norwegian Business School and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
