Eliot Sleep

Eliot Sleep has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role is as a Brand Design Lead at Griffin, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer, undertaking various design projects on an international scale for over 8 years. Eliot also served as a Creative Director at MAD Studio from May 2021 to October 2022. Eliot has experience as a Lead Designer at Slate Agency from February 2019 to October 2022, where they managed a creative team and was involved in proposal strategy and business development. Eliot also held the position of Art Director at Freshly Pressed DXB from May 2015 to February 2019. In addition, Eliot worked as a Graphic Designer at WNN Limited from May 2014 to May 2016, where they gained experience in various creative avenues such as editorial and print design, brand identity, event-based interior design, social media, and marketing. Before that, they worked as a Graphic Designer/Office Executive at Plymouth Boatyard & Marina from August 2011 to January 2015, where they developed communication and management skills. Earlier in their career, Eliot worked as a Graphic and Web Designer at The Design Hub from April 2012 to July 2014, and as a Website Designer at Tec Team from August 2011 to June 2012.

Eliot Sleep completed a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design from Arts University Plymouth in 2008-2009. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree (Hons) in Graphic Design from the same university, which they completed in 2010-2014.
