Jenna Baker is an experienced executive in human resources and people experience, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Griffin since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jenna held the same position at GB Bank from February 2021 to January 2024, and founded The Good Work Project, which focuses on fostering human-first company cultures. Jenna's earlier career includes a decade at Nucleus Financial, starting as the founding member of the people team and advancing to Head of People Experience, where Jenna played a key role in establishing a strong workplace culture. Jenna holds a BA Honours degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling and served as a judge for the 2021 UK Employee Experience Awards.
